Taking pictures of ionized normal phase TLC plates (silica gel) so my prof can use them in a power point to give to our boss. We finally managed to prove his theory about improving the efficiency of thin layer chromatography after about 4 weeks of work.

if I could give myself a selective memory. I've thought about it a lot, and I'd want my past self to be aware of certain events, but not fully aware. 'cause it'd be something of a private hell to relive years of tiny, subtle events only to fix a small number of specific events. Besides, it's the small decisions over time that matter, and shape relationships with people; and there's no way I'd get 'em all right.
